Is it possible to earn any free rp?

I have 400-500 rp and a skin I want is on sale for not quite 200 more. Is there any short surveys or anything I could do to earn such a small amount? I don't really want any other skins so purchasing a card would seem to be a waste of money right now.

The closest thing I'm aware of is Bing Rewards, but it's not very fast. Basically Bing reimburses you for searches, then you can turn those rewards into Amazon gift cards. Riot sells $10 RP (and greater) increments on Amazon (for NA server only).
