Summoner Name

I've been playing for a long time and no longer find my name to be very funny or amusing. I've tried countless names I would prefer but most are taken by people who are not even level 30 nor active, or haven't played since 2015.

It was stated that they had a system for this, but it hardly seems accurate according to my math of looking at these profiles.
