I don't understand what to do. yolo que

so I have been messing around with a lot of new characters so ignore most of the normal history. But i get to ranked, easy peasy up to series. Then I get the craziest teams. These are some of the things i usually do in hopes to carry brain dead people rather than flaming them. P.S im almost always Jg for ranked.

1. Sightstone- yet people still ignore the vision
2. Ganks! - yet ill get people to a one shot as the laner watches me and farms minions
3. Pings- ^ because of above. and still normally get no response unless i spam. which leads to more drama sometimes
4. Tactful Build advice- most of the time flamed or acknowledged, gona rush a bloodthirster anyways
5. spirit- commend everyone for anything remotely good that they do
6. dispose of carry- even if i dive through to the fed carry whoever may be and kill them the rest of the team still strugles in whoever remains if i get taken in the process. (i.e i take out a backline jinx and soraka as shyv...team flames because the other 3 murdered them...next fight i take out the 3 and jinx kills us all and i get yelled at again)
7. manners- i will never put the game in danger by being toxic, ill hold it in till i have an anuerism. just because i know how it effects people

Idk though...what some of the stuff you guys do? Like i really dont know how to deal with yolo que. i have a 3s team thats decent.. hopefully a fives team eventually. for the time being though im kinda stuck playing this for a while unless i drop league.
