Just got booted out of a match, thanks Windows update
I clicked remind me later and fucking Windows update immediately starts. Great, hope I don't get reported x9.

The amount of reports per game doesn't matter. It is the overall number of games you get reported.
You could be reported 1x a game, it has the same affect as 9x reports per game.
This happens to me fairly often it either a windows update or my router power cycles its maddening.
