Why is Kayn not gutted yet

He's clearly doing way too much damage too soon, and blue kayn especially needs to be brought in line with the other assassins who actually have to wait for item spikes to be able to one hit enemy carries. His mobility isnt even the problem, its the fact that at 6 minutes he becomes able to 100-0 any enemy who hasnt rushed armor without even picking a form. Riot pls address this champ he is warping the jungle way too hard right now
