A way to reduce surrendering games early.

Riot should make it so that people who surrender a lot aren't put on the same team. That way games are actually played out. I'm tired of losing games to stuff like this Fuck this game Yeah fuck this game! lets surrender even though we still have a chance at winning! I just don't feel like trying! Ahri you can have blue buff I'm gonna surrender too. Great... You guys know this is ranked right? The mode where you're supposed to want to win? But thinking and effort is hard! Crying is easier! Yeah! what if we feed them and blame Ahri? then maybe she'll understand and want to surrender too. mutes everyone and keeps trying (I knew I should've dodged...)
