Ban System

I know this is old but Jensen the mid laner for Cloud 9 got banned for being toxic and ddosing which was then later on revoked and he was given a second chance. Now say another league player gets banned for just being toxic they don't get second chance like Jensen who ddosed which is illegal and probably should have stayed permabanned. I don't hate Jensen I do think he is a good player but like if there gonna give someone who committed a federal crime they should give a second chance to someone who was toxic right? Like there is a mute button in league but no anti ddos button like come on.

He didn't just get his account permabanned, he as a player was banned from the game. There is a difference, and they did not give his banned accounts back, they merely allowed him to create new ones again.

Here's the thing, though. Jensen didn't get back ANY of his old accounts. None of those bans were revoked. He had to start on a brand new account. What was revoked was Riot instantly permabanning any accounts that they could tie to him. I don't know the details of how Riot made that decision, but the point stands that they never returned any of his old accounts back to him.

Now, for any other player, when their accounts are permabanned, it's only their accounts that are permabanned, not the player. The player is still able to create a new account and start again, but Riot will not return the old accounts back to the player, which is how the treated Jensen with his old accounts.
