Weird smoke on champions on the website

So I was playing some league when my friend sent me a message and said to look at TF, there is weird smoke and different cards. I went to the website and saw that, and some others had this. Anyone know what to make of this?

viktor's website splash reverted to pre-rework

Now that it's been mentioned, there's actually quite a few champs with reverted splash arts. Akali Caitlyn KogMaw LeeSin Orianna Renekton Shyvana Sion Urgot Vayne Viktor are those that I've found to be affected by that.

Also, a weird connection in regards to the fog: aside from Hecarim , everyone with the foggy shroud shares a theme of betrayal or deceit in their lores. Cassiopeia betrayed Sivir , Leblanc is pretty shady and shit, Lissandra betrayed her sisters, TwistedFate betrayed Graves , Xerath betrayed his mortal form I guess, I dunno, Zed betrayed those that trained him or whatever.

Could they be getting Harrowing skins?!

Well at the moment only six champions are having this affect so it might be that hexakill in the twisted treeline might be coming soon TwistedFate Cassiopeia Leblanc Zed Lissandra Xerath

On the TF's red car there is some writing on it. this writing is closest to the word shin. shin ----> Ao Shin. Its just speculation but it will make sense since it can coincide with the Japanese server that also coming out soon.

I also there is a slight change to Jax's splash. there's a demon near the lamp.
