Teemo Mid Actually Wrecks

I don't care about the hate for Teemo from the public, he was one of my first champs, my highest mastery rank and a blast to play. What can I say I love the furry little monster. I consider myself a fairly excellent Teemo player. Recently went 23/4 in ranked with him. Yet I've always played him top. Recently decided to play him mid and it is just as good as top! You can harass just about anyone. You can blind the hard engage champs to negate their damage and you can literally self prevent ganks. Line the sides of midlane with shrooms and you have a mine field to defend against sieges, ganks and even prevent the enemy mid from warding bushes for fear of the almighty noxious shrooms. Just do it.

I used to main Teemo mid, however long range mages just decimate you with ease. You can play around them with your movement speed, but it takes a lot of skill, so hats of to you.

Ahri outranges, outpokes and outsustains him. Also 1 charm after level 6 = kill. If he somehow gets fed, buy item 3001 . Wouldn't recommend picking Teemo vs assassins.

Teemo works till a long range mage poops on you cause you're a short range fur ball.

I main Teemo as well. Wait until they counter-pick an Annie or a Leblanc in to you, or a Cass. It's absurdly brutal against Teemo.

TLDR: Teemo is great mid, except against the champions which will destroy you. Use him as a counterpick.

Right now hes locked on top where he can make full use of his harass without getting blown up by almost all mages, at least if you are average at him.

On a side note I like to take him against brand, since he needs to land his Q to actually stun me so I can take advantage of the MS steroid and simply dodge his stuns. Hes also good when it comes down to assasinations, I usually try to get into a teamfight from behind or the sides so I can try to kill the enemy mid laner, adcs are small time with him also.

It's probably only really good against aa reliant champions, mainly because your blind will do so much to negate all that damage, Against mages, it does practically nothing besides damage.
