I cant find where to buy myself a legendary snowball mystery skin

Click shop> skins > filter either legendary or Ultimate. If you look at the pictures for those skins they all show + with a picture of a chest meaning you will get an extra mystery skin with it.
Worse case if it does not give you the extra skin put in a ticket because riot posted something on the home page saying it started 6 hours ago. Best of luck on your snowball
