RIOT, need Red to give us updated BOT issue info

Now, that worlds are over, it would seem appropriate for you to address one of the biggest problems facing your casual player base. It appears the problem has slightly dissipated, so the company must be doing something, but I still see them far too often. IP farming is a serious problem for this game. What is RIOT doing to combat it? How did it get so bad? If it's because they took away IP from custom AI games, then how can that be fixed? Are you, RIOT, in any way shape or form working WITH these companies (that sell accounts), or allow them to exist (as Warcraft did)? What is the plan going forward to repair trust with players who have had bad game experiences due to BOTS? What of someone's being suspended because they dodged an obvious BOT (I've seen so many, I know in Champion select)? Can we get a report option for it (i.e. ! = "Obvious BOT")?
