unknown combos

So im creating this thread so people can post unique combo's that most people don't know about. Like I recently learned that you can tp to thresh's latern, I don't play much top but I play jg and noticed my nasus tping bot on top of thresh's lanter the other day to get a double kill. What other special things like that do you guys know about?
