login issues

trying to log into the game and it keeps giving me a continuous loading screen with poppy. I login in just fine but when I hear the noise to indicate I've swapped to the other screen it just stays at the poppy loading screen and never changes.

I solved the problem by undoing last patch then restarting my computer.
