Please make an alternative upgrade to Phage.
It's silly that you can't really get Phage unless Sheen is also a good item for you. (After Triforce gets nerfed at least.) Please think of the marksmen who don't spam spells or don't scale off AP.

How about "Frozen Mallet", do you think that sounds like a cool idea?
Phage need an another build path in SR and Frozen Mallet is the most obviusly reason because both are "hammer":
Frozen Mallet:
700 hp 30 atk
Giant Belt (1000g) + 
Phage (1200g) + 700g = 2900g
Active: Icy: Your basic attacks steals your target's Movement Speed by 20% for 1.5 seconds (movenment speed bonus halved to ranged champions)
