League Of Legends In Saudi Arabia (STC)

So this post is for anyone playing league in Saudi Arabia using the internet provider STC. It seems that me and my friends are all getting high ping on our internet without having and connection issues. I was playing this morning on the regular 90 ping and now it wont go any lower than 300. Does anyone know whats going on ? Thanks :D
