Hello! I was Gold V Season 6, not very good but ayy at least its not bronze. This season, I won 6 out of my 10 placements and got bronze 2???? Is that a bug ? like the one that happened with flex or has riot gone insane. If someone could explain i'd like the help.
Dude read the other 100 posts ON THE FIRST PAGE before posting the exact same damn question. Everyone gets placed lower because the highest you can rank is plat 1, so to break that down EVERY CHALLENGER, MASTER AND DIAMOND ARE NOW PLAT 1 or BELOW. What that means is plat players drop to silver and gold, gold to bronze and silver. If you're really meant to be gold, plat diamond or master then you'll be there again soon. Every player above plat does this exact same thing every reset, I don't see why people obsess over their rank.
you get placed lower because everyone gets placed lower(challenger and diamonds need somewhere to start from), they said even if you win all your placements you will likely be a good division lower then what you were
