In-Game Chat Logs after the game?

So I'm at the end of a game where probably 8/10 players maybe 9/10 players were toxic (I was just... silent. I know the theory about trying to defuse toxicity but I couldn't think of anything to defuse that mess.) Anyway, i don't want to blindly report -everyone- because I can't remember everything everyone said. I reported the worst couple offenders, but there were certainly more... and though it -seemed- like everyone, there might have been 1 or 2 others who were silent like I was.

(It has been suggested to me to just report everyone and let the tribunal sort it out, but I don't want my reports any weaker than they already are. I'm already afraid that what I consider toxic behavior is not what the 'community' considers toxic behavior, since riot insists that only a small percentage of players are toxic and I see a high percentage of toxicity. The chat in this game was not in any grey are though. One player was kind enough to use homophobic slurs in post-game chat so they were easy to report anyway.)

So, how can I know who to report? Is the chat log available anywhere? I already continued to the post-game lobby, but is there any point after the nexus goes that you can see the in-game chat?
