Why is there no "Big Community Plays" boards?

There are League Videos and Tips and Tricks boards but they aren't primarily for watching cool gameplay.

I'd really like to have an environment designated for sharing each others #LC$BIGPLAYZ on the boards.

What do you guys think ?

Maybe if Riot invested in built-in replay recording and sharing cough cough @Meddler cough

Most people don't have the third party options. Do you follow the "top X plays" channels on Youtube, such as Protatomonster?
