Illaoi Balanced or Not?

I honestly think that this new champion is very op, although league already has juggernauts and everyone knows how much we love them I just think this champion way too broken.I'm not sure about her scalings, but I think her damage is really strong, too strong, For example today when I was playing against her she went from being maybe 5-4 to 23-5 by ulting in team fights.I think her ult damage is really really stupid and should be nerfed for sure so please take this to considering and nerf her.

Upvote. She can be made to be behind in lane..but she can still win the opponent the game. Her ult makes the entire map feel like a jungle. She doesn't need to fight in the jungle to deal shitt tons of damage.

I feel it is to early to tell how balanced or Unbalanced she is. If I had to go off just my games that have had her.. the only match that had a team with Illaoi in it win was the one where both teas had it. So far every time I have seen her her team lost.

But only an idiot would go off such a few example sizes.

The only issue I'm seeing with her is that her tentacles spawn at the most inopportune places. Why would a tentacle spawn behind a wall when I'm fighting in a lane?
