Update For Patch 5.20 (Bug?)

Now I'm not entirely sure what's going on with my launcher, but one of my friends was experiencing the same problem.Basically when I tried to update League it wouldn't load, after maybe an hour it was at 2% so then I tried many things such as search a fix on youtube and even tried to completely reinstall League.Eventually I just gave up and I really need help because I have no idea whether it's a bug or just me.Overall I just want to get this fixed so if anyone knows how to please comment.
