I will be creating a Renekton weapon. please come in and at least vote on your favorite.
Hello i will be making a to human scale (widest part being 1.2 meters because making it to alligator scale make it 3.4 meters wide...) Renekton/other champion weapon. I will do this by getting it drawn on CAD i have gave you an example of scorched earth renekton below. https://i.imgsafe.org/4581412.png
as you can see iv used half of the design to make a base i then duplicated it to get a perfectly even result, the is also a coloured version but I am not skill in the art of digital paint so it is just filled in colour.
Here is a template to get 1 side of the piece done to make the full thing i will just get them all done but without the largest piece since that piece is in the center of the weapon.

I will then treat the metal by removing burs and sandpapering a finish represented to us in game by using a lower grit sandpaper, using lower grip means it will make small scratches allowing more of the anodizing colouring to be trapped and thus darkening the areas, i hope you can understand on the image below as it captures a sanded perfectly flat right next to the slight scratching i mentioned.

I will then Drill the holes for the countersunk bolts which be used to hole the handle pieces together.

it acts like a mini vice as the head of the parts are what join it together and then I will add the bolts represented in game. http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/x/macro-3d-screw-heads-bolt-isolated-18957579.jpg but i will put it threw some process to get a matching texture and then cut it to length and tighten.
Once this is finish I will take it apart and get the parts anodized this will be the last step as when It is finish i will simply put it back together.
