rework blitz
a cheese champ with a super big hook that requires 0 skill that can win you a game with 1 no skill button seems pretty cancerous to me. anyone can get to diamond on that r%%%%% champ

Truth. Every game i play blitz i do well. Im not good as supp, nor am i even that good a player, how i do well with him is because he has 0 counterplay. If he lands the hook and you're not a tank, and sometimes even if you are a tank, you die. Maybe that makes the counterplay dodging the hook, but that's hard. It's not the most narrow skillshot, I hit it sometimes and go, "how did i hit that?" It also has no tell and is really fast. If it had a little wind up animation it would be ok, or if it were slower it could still be instant, but as it is, it's probably the easiest and most op game changing skillshot in the game. Nid q's are a close second, but if you get hit with them at full health you might have a chance to run away.
The knockup is ok. Just why does it also have to be an aa steroid that does double his ad? Isn't it being an aa based knockup enough? I guess it's balanced enough
The w is really balanced actually. I wish they'd scale back his other skills and take the slow off the end of this one. It'd make him a lot less cancerous i thing
And the ult. The passive on it is cool. The active though, it has a lot of damage and the aoe silence is ridiculous. IF it had one or the other it would be fine, but both, again, make it too much. And then the cooldown on it is 23 seconds or something like that. Sure, that makes him stupidly mana hungry, if he wants to spam it too much, but he can build to correct that. His passive also keeps him from spamming too hard too in general i suppose. His passive is fine too. Its really
I don't think he needs a rework. I think he just needs some tweaks. Like what garen and darius got. Small Adjustments to each skill that don't really change the entire champ.

problem with him is he always been balanced. Hes just being Trash/op depending on meta. Actually its fucking op juggernaut meta or bursting people (no assassin though) so wheneve rhe grabs some1 he gets instantly bursted but remember earlier this season when it was tank meta.... Where was blitz? at less than 5% pick rate.... Hes jsut fllowing metas.. So your real complain is against juggernaut burst meta whicheveryone agree : this is shit
I hope this is a joke. Blitzcrank is one of the weaker supports. He has no direct way of assisting his ADC, and his hook is one of the easiest skillshots in the game to sidestep/dash/etc away from. He is very effective in low ELO (bronze/silver/gold/low plat) though.
