ip bonus for those who play the most needed role (even top 2?) in team builder

this would really help to slow down the wait times in the team builder que. even just like a 50/25% ip bonus for the 1/2 most needed roles would fill them ques up quick time. and if the team builder que wasn't such a horrible wait then you would get less auto locking trolls in regular because they could just play the champ they want in team builder. anyway something to think about. might really improve the entire gaming experience.
