[Concept] Vayne Ability Rework
[B][U]Foreword[/U][/B] All I hear from Teammates and Enemies alike when a Vayne is in my game is generally along the lines of 'OMG Vayne is so OP' or 'Vayne is so squishy I get hit by like 1 stun and die straight away'...this confuses me. I couldn't quite understand where the frustration was coming from on either side of the argument, so I took some time to look at a few of her flaws. What I noticed was that 50% of the time she would die instantly, and the other 50% of the time nobody could get near her...so I addressed some of her fundamental flaws.

[U][B]Tumble (Q)[/B][/U] Rolls a short distance. The next basic attack within 6 seconds deals 30/35/40/45/50% Attack Damage bonus physical damage, equal to 30/35/40/45/50% of Total Attack Damage.
[U][B]Silver Bolts (W)[/B][/U] [B]Re-Balanced[/B] Every third consecutive attack or ability against an enemy deals an additional 20/30/40/50/60 plus 4/5/6/7/8% of the Enemy's Maximum Health as [B][I]Physical Damage.[/I][/B] (Max: 200 damage vs. Monsters)
[I]Marksmen should have to itemize for damage through smart building. As is stands, Vayne players currently prioritize Attack Speed over more traditional Marksmen builds. This change aims to redirect players toward building cleverly in order to deal damage to tanky targets.[/I]
[B][U]Condemn (E)[/U][/B] Fires a bolt that deals 45/80/115/150/185 (+50% Bonus Attack Damage) Physical Damage and knocks the enemy back. Enemies that collide with terrain take 45/80/115/150/185 (+50% Bonus Attack Damage) additional Physical Damage and are stunned for 1.5 seconds.
[B][U]Final Hour (R)[/U][/B] [B]Reworked[/B] Cleanses all Crowd Control Effects. For the next 8/10/12 seconds Vayne gains 25/40/55 Bonus Attack Damage. The effects of Hunter's Instinct are also increased by 50% for the duration.
[I]Vayne can seem a little squishy at times, especially against teams with Heavy Crowd Control Abilities. My decision to replace Vayne's stealth during tumble with a one-time cleanse was to tone down her dueling potential while still leaving he some outplay potential.[/I][/QUOTE]
