So uh, I've been exchanging mystery gifts with a friend over the course of Worlds, and it says Legacy skins will also be obtainable as a Mystery Skin EXCEPT Achievement skins, Collector's Edition skins, PAX skins, Rusty Blitzcrank, Urf the Manatee, Championship Riven, Riot Kayle, and Riot Squad Singed.

rare as in you wont see it often and it is only available 3 times a year max. but yea nice grab
I do the same thing with my buddy. I got Riot Kayle the other day as well. It's not exactly rare but it is less common and my favorite of her skins.

Riot Kayle is not a limited skin, she's legacy. Those skins listed above (PAX Skins, Rusty Blitz, Urf the Manatee, Championship Riven, Riot squad Singed) are all limited, yes they couldn't be gifted by mystery gifting.
Both my smurf accounts got Riot Kayle from Riot's free mystery gift last time :P
