This may have been proposed before...

Anyway, I would love to be able to use my points to gift skins or champs to players in after game chat. To avoid (some) abuse, you could make it that you could only gift people that you did not queue up with.

Come on - someone surely sees that it would improve the community if we could use some of the points we EARNED to reward good behavior in others.
