For the love of God people, PLEASE, lock in during champion select.

I am writing this because I have been matched 9 times thus far, and 9 times in a row somebody has failed to lock in their champion. You cannot just pick a champion anymore and be locked in automatically when times runs out! JUST A REMINDER! DON'T BE THAT GUY! Thank you.
