Average Game Length Is TOO Short!

I just took the average of my last 19 games played, and it came out to be 27:15. I'd rather have games that were around 40 minutes because players can barely get 2, maybe 3 items at 27 minutes into the game. Riot says that the average time has only gone down by 2-3 minutes as I recall...but it sure seems like more than 5 to me. I hope they find a way to reverse that a bit sometime soon...
