Suggested invite list (Suggestions)

Basic lobby checking:

• Don't suggest players who are not level 30 to join a ranked lobby.
• Don't suggest players who don't have 16 champions join a draft lobby.
• Don't suggest players who don't meet the level requirements join the lobby. (Example: Player who are not level 10 couldn't play Doom bots)

Last people played with:

• Don't suggest players you reported from the last game.
• Don't suggest players who reported you from the last game.

From a coding standpoint, most of these, minus the reported players, seems very easy to implement.
