Despite owning all of them I would say the most bang for your buck is Sona's ultimate skins. Ezreal was the first and as such since so much time has past it doesn't really feel like an Ultinate skin especially when the other 2 seems much more detailed.
Udyr I think almost everyone can agree that it's basically the visual update for him it just cost money to actually have!
Sona actually changes (visually) from 3 different types of "music", or beats (whatever you wanna call it) plus the whole change of music to the summoners rift makes it all well worth the price!
