I dont know why this is downvoted.
Sion acts as a giant, annoying wall; so full engage team comps work with him. A support that has lots of CC works splendidly with him.
Sion has huge amounts of tankiness, great CC, Ok AOE damage, and infinitly scales. His cons are that he's easy to predict, slow abilities, and can't carry on his own effectively.
