Nerf gangplank.

As an avid gangplank player, he is my most played champion and I have level 7 mastery with him. The truth is the champ is cancer, more cancer than a fed zed and he does NOT get banned nearly enough. Low Risk High Reward, low skill ceiling. The champ is freelo, extremely toxic kit. Any high elo player says GP is extremely busted and truthfully its not hard to be good with him.
