There are 21 primary Marksmen. Teemo and Urgot can be excluded too.

BUT I do agree that I am tired of seeing Ezreal Lucian and Graves. I've been seeing less MFs.

There are 20+ marksman in the game. The fact that Lucian is in every game means something is wrong. If Lucian were to get nerfed a bit it would lead to people picking late game scaling adcs again (Jinx, Cait, Vayne, Twitch) because what can ezreal do to them in lane ? Nothing he's just gonna get out teamfighted, and outscaled leading to a decrease in his playrate as well. MF has been nerfed multiple times since Preseason and she's never felt that bad unless we're talking about AP MF "support". MF got nerfed. It's Lucians time as well.
