Looking for people to play ranked with

I am getting increasingly frustrated in ranked, because I am always put in a que with inadiquite teamates, who make stupid plays, and end up costing us the game. Or when I play jg, every single lane dies, at least once, before I finish my second clear. I am hoping to find some solid players to play ranked with.
