Banned for Third Party Software

Hey, I live in a group home in VA as I attend college. I play on a PC with some friends (all low silver mid gold). I was banned yesterday for third party software, and non of them were. I only play on a shared PC, and have never had any problems before. Can I get some feedback? Throughout late high school I put in 2,000 hours and over $450, and now I am Perma banned. Can I please get a response? I have game replays. I do have one instance where I was accused of scripting when dodging a thresh hook and the aftermath in chat. I also got accused by a lee sin when I dodged his Q and an Ahri blind dodging charm. I don't script, I just have 3,000+ hours on my two accounts. I hate scripters and have reported people for it, Riot can check that. I hate scripting as it ruins the game. I have played for three years and am finally getting the game at a core level. I finally began to climb quickly out of silver and have no reason or want to script. I hope to get my case looked at individually.
