New Ranked Borders

I like that the new ranked borders show off your division without placing too much emphasis on it.

With that being said, the gold and platinum borders don't look shiny enough.

EDIT: It also seems a bit counter intuitive that the higher elos have less shinies (1 shiny only) while the lower elos have more shinies (up to 5 shinies). 5 shinies > 1 shiny.
