What is the criteria to ban from custom games?

Is it if youre unranked though have a S2 gold icon or is it my name? Why do i get banned from nearly every freaking custom game room lol, often i dont say anything, often i just say "hi guys".

Oh boy look out its someone who doesnt play ranked, better expect him to be super bad even though he was gold in season 2 already man, kick him quick before we auto lose!!!
