Project crafting question
If i use 11 project cores on a skin shard but i do not own the champion. Do i get the skin and the champion? All it says is to fuse the project cores but nothing about owning the champion.

If you use the project cores on the shard, it becomes a permanent skin. This will not give you the champ, and the skin won't mean anything unless you own the champ. The skin will sit there waiting in hextech crafting loot waiting until you buy the champion or you decide to disenchant/reroll it into another shard.
you only get the skin shard first, you'll still need essence to unlock it i think
