Project crafting question
If i use 11 project cores on a skin shard but i do not own the champion. Do i get the skin and the champion? All it says is to fuse the project cores but nothing about owning the champion.

BananaSlayerAMO2 votesIf you use the project cores on the shard, it becomes a permanent skin. This will not give you the champ, and the skin won't mean anything unless you own the champ. The skin will sit there waiting in hextech crafting loot waiting until you buy the champion or you decide to disenchant/reroll it into another shard.

BananaSlayerAMO1 votesThat is true for normal skin shards, but Project shard blueprints that come from the disruption cache are different. They can only be turned into permanent skins via project cores and not essence.
