Why is Riot celebrating the abusive POS that is Andy "Reginald" Dinh?

This dude is nothing but a spaghetti stained bully and his poor emo-behavior and abuse of fellow teammates such as Dyrus are well documented. I know Jatt has a man-crush with all things TSM, but this is ridiculous.
