Everyone seems to have lost interest with League over the last couple of months (particularly with the YouTube personalities).

What reasons would be for people to join League nowadays? And if nobody joins; doesn't that mean the only direction League can go is downwards?

When you reach the top the only direction you can ever go is down. And going down for a while is not nessiarly a bad thing either. IF riot wants to make a game that last generations (which a moba style can do) it will have its ups and downs. Fads spike then disappear; if league can drop number one and then comes back, it will prove it self more than a fad.

Also who cares about you tubers? Most are fakes and feed into the meme culture. They like to think they define what is popular when in reality they are just following the shiny thing like everyone else.

So one person quit and 2 people made videos about the game not being as fun as it was.

1 person=majority right?

Dunkey wasn't ahead of anything. Unless you count being the first quasi-public League player to throw a tantrum like a 2 year old when Riot called him out on his shit and banned him.
