Is a joke. It takes way too many reports for anything to actually happen, and the fact that it's all automated is a JOKE. I have ZERO respect for a system that puts no effort into making sure the community is a positive environment. The current system goes for punishing many in the hope that it gets at least some right, instead of only punishing those who truly deserve it, but maybe letting some slip through the cracks.

there are communities that have absolutely no punishment-system and you can write in chat whatever you want without getting banned, and nobody actually gives a fuck because its JUST FUCKING CHAT. and in those games, for the most part, the community is really happy and positive. nobody cries "OMG REPORT" and "PUNISH THIS GUY HE CALLED ME ASS"

How exactly do you know people dont deserve it? its really hard to see if people have actually been toxic. So many people come here to say they've done nothing wrong when they could have been toxic. we cant see the game chat so its impossible to tell. What i think also is the problem is that people want instant punishment. thats never going to happen. sadly despite what the community think im sure people actually take a look at the reports. granted automated ones like negative attitude can be automated since all they need to do is see what words you use. im sure curse/racist/homophobic words are targeted and see if you say it and how often you say it.
Well by all means you can contact support to see if those are correct. All im saying is from what i have seen reports are seen through by someone. They also give you chatlogs, granted that might not do justice because they really only give you the recent chatlog, again though im sure if you ask them through a support ticket they'll give you more evidence. its just really hard to tell if someone is actually telling the truth on the internet. Anyone can come up here and state they said, or did nothing wrong, and yet when we see chat logs either from the player, or from a rioter (with the permission from said player) it usually comes to the conclusion that the reports were legit.
Dont get me wrong, your post here have been very calm about the matter especially when normally people who get ban do nothing but be toxic on the forums because they feel their reports/bans were unjust. so from that alone it only says so much. i would suggest to contact support. there are people who are wrongfully reported/ban, and again if you feel that way by all means contact them!
