In the past Riot has had some issues with people like tome Warner cable screwing up the players connection and what not. I have come with an idea, what if Riot created a Wi-Fi router just for league, so that you would be giving great Wi-Fi for Riot's game, making it so Riot doesn't have to deal with people like time Warner cable who screw everything up. Imagine a cheap, or free(your choice Riot) router just for league, allowing people who don't have internet to actually play league. Expanding the community to even more people. Plus, no one has to rely on a not as good as advertised Wi-Fi connection (sorry if I offended anyone

Because there are a lot of things that can affect someone's connection, not just the router.

There's also the Modem, along with the path your isp makes your data take on its way to Riot's servers. Riot did a huge bunch of work on getting direct traffic path priority for league traffic, but sometimes stuff still gets in the way. For cases like that, people can contact the techs through player support and they can help diagnose the problem and help fix it. It's not a plug and fix problem most of the time.
