This is how Riot treats it's loyal player base

I am pretty shocked on Riot's response for a simple exchange on the accidental purchase I made. Especially when it is the exact same price.

Me:

Good afternoon, yesterday I made a mistake when attempting to purchase the new Program Lissandra skin. I am not sure how but I accidentally selected the Program Soraka skin and went into game to play Lissandra and the skin was locked. When I came out of the game I realized I had accidentally unlocked Program Soraka. I do not play Soraka nor have I in over a year.

Can you please exchange the skin for the one I intended on buying, Program Lissandra. I am an avid League of legends player that has been playing for many, many years and am in love with the game.

well you did the wrong thing should have asked for a refund which they do once and then just got the skin u wanted or if u havent refunded anything on ur account ever got to store then refunds and give it back
