Why are Riot employees and philosophies like Nazis?

Everything thing with Riot is "Zero leniency" and "shoot first...". Like children proud of their ability to burn things with a magnifying glass? I play epic amounts of different games and haven't met such a hateful, totalitarian company before. It's a video game. Not a country, not even that unique of a game. Not the first moba/dota and not the best. Ex: league servers were acting up so it kept kicking me out of queue saying something like, "error, we'll report your issue..." then when it finally stops I'm left with a queue penalty of TEN MINUTES. I have to wait ten minutes before entering queue for something that was RIOTS FAULT. I've been playing games for close to 20 years and have never been penalized by a company, for that companies mistake, until RITO. Unreal and zero loyalty. All you get if you submit a ticket is, "No one cares, get over it. We, Riot, are getting paid and don't plan on fixing anything. Good luck lubing for our next reaming summoner". Thank god for Heroes of the Storm and Jason, the hacker Riot so justly deserved.
