the reason why gordon ramsey style coaching works

because he shows you everything thats wrong and actually makes you feel bad about how low of standards you set for yourself and i see the same with league coaching or when higher elo players give advice. The people are always in denial at first both in league and gordon ramseys old cooking show the people with worse and worse restaurants think they are actually good same with low elo players. And once he embarrasses them they see the light and agree with everything he says. Thats why i think the aggressive style coaching works the best.
