how is riot so slow

no straight solo que and their pick system where you get to pick your roles is instantly taken out.

Guess ill just get use to losing every game going from diamond to gold only to go to masters once they fix their shit. In my last two placement games my adc's have had lower than a 33% kill contribution and have been the reason we lose the game. And now I cant get adc whenever I want so im forced to play 4v5's. WP riot wp , I figured north american solo que would 100% die out but not this quick! lmao
