please make it so you can change your resolution while not in game its getting annoying because i cant play league of legends now

Go into a custom game to change it. Your settings should save to the next games.

Yeah Alt+enter to enter windowed mode, they had a notice up in the client and on the boards for almost 2 weeks how did you not know this?
