Is my pc screen to small for LoL anymore?

Ok so when im in champion select if i go into my masteries it wont show the more defense side and the X button so i cant get out of my masterie page so i get a dodge ban and i cant log in bc if i move my thing to log in it will take the thing to log in on which is really annoying and i cant see who there banning or choosing in champion select in ranked and draft mode. please fix this the new clint is to big for my screen so i cant do anything please fix this.
