Help me choose.

I like champions with CC and if they don't have CC I usually get a bit of movement speed (I also like Heals). Who would work best for me out of (Snare and tons of damage) or (Drag+Very low cooldowns on Q/W/E+Movement speed) or (Snare+GIANT LASER+Low cooldowns on ult) Decide in the comments and let me know!
