I like champions with CC and if they don't have CC I usually get a bit of movement speed (I also like Heals). Who would work best for me out of Rengar (Snare and tons of damage) or Skarner (Drag+Very low cooldowns on Q/W/E+Movement speed) or Lux (Snare+GIANT LASER+Low cooldowns on ult) Decide in the comments and let me know!

Lux is a safe buy. Skarner and Rng are both difficult to master.

IDC If they're hard I played Sejuani badly for 3 days straight (Around 10 games) But then I realized, You don't max W at all :D It's not hard to master it's just figuring out how to best use your kit
