Fed top laner telling me not to CS at the end part of the game

Okay I'm playing Lux Lux Support and I'm helping the team kick ass. Were having a stale mate with our enemy and nothing is happening. I'm trying to push lanes after stunning and defeating the enemies main fed kill Leblanc. I'm blasting creeps like nothing in big groups and the fed Riven Riven says, "Lux don't CS steal pls you are support."

Oh my god. I was so frustrated. I told her not to tell me how to play the game. At that point in the match I had the second highest kills score and in early game I had the highest kill score as I helped dominate bot lane with my stun, E, ulti combo.

That's our game.

I bought the sight stone, and upgraded it, and i placed pink wards, and i searched for wards.

I told the team when to push the mid turret, and when we could do Baron when the team wanted to grab a second or third dragon.

We used the Baron buff to break down the mid inner turrets and took one of the innermost turrets down half.

I even 1v1'd that enemy Leblanc on that turret push when I applied pressure to the top turrets, while the rest of the team broke in the main front mid doors.

All I can say if it's mid game or late game and your support is pushing waves don't complain about CS if it helps your team take objectives and move forward quicker.

The point is that Support shouldn't get called out for CS'ing during mid and late game when you are trying to push creep waves to achieve objectives. I understand the importance of CS in early game. But just chill out after the early game ends and mid and late game are underway.

Well in my opinion, from someone who does off-support support every now and again (Lux and rarely Xer), this is something I don't normally run into. However, in the late game phase, you were partially in the right. I mean, it depends... how far in the game, exactly? Also, why no gold income item if support? Did you sell it for the item you were in the process of building? It's my assumption here (I'd have done the same and kept sight stone for obvious reasons), but I'm just asking because I'm from the internet and the internet is a strange place.

Yeah I sold it, for something I needed to combat the enemy with.

When I say Mid and late game. Mid game is where teams start to move away from lane farming and get into the early team fights. The first turret in your lane has been taken and you start to move to other lanes to help push those enemy turrets down. First dragon is taken. Around the 15-25 minute marks. When players are lvl 9-13

Late game is when Teams have to stay together and team fighting is a must. All of the outer and mid turrets are down. Players are now lvl 13-18.
